Booked the hotel for its great location next to the beach and ancient town, the garden, and night market and old town. The staff was great and lovely in any situation.

Came here for 5 days, the hotel was well-appointed, it had lovely location very close to center of ancient town, night market and old town, and Da Nang airport. The staff was caring, very amiable, and responded promptly to requests. The food was local, drinks were strong. Overall the service was excellent! The pool was clean.

I had the best time ever at Louis Villa. The property is absolutely perfect and the rooms are even more beautiful in person. The pool area is a great sun trap for sunbathing and swimming. The staff were super friendly and made our stay here unforgettable. The breakfast, although with limited options, was quick and tasty. I absolutely loved the large and brand-new room. The staff were superbly friendly. The location was perfect and lovely, near a rice field and a river. Café Easyrider Coffee located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

We loved the peaceful setting away from the busy part of town. The bicycles provided were a great way to explore the Old Town and beach. The lovely coffee shop around the corner was a perfect start to our mornings. The host, Binh, and Buong were incredibly welcoming and made us feel cared for. We will definitely stay here again if we revisit Hoi An.

The staff also offered helpful services like laundry and arranging transportation. I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend staying here.
